S-911 Environment-friendly PU waterproof coat

A.       Introduction

Water Sable PU waterproof coat is one of the new generation top grade Polyurethane waterproof coat. Main component is amidocyanogen formic acid ester( two liquids reaction types coat), mixing two components as certain ratio. Form a whole continuous waterproof membrane afer coating on the base and also adhesive to the base firmly. It is renovation and upgrade product in the coat field.

B.       Characteristics

The product doest contain tar, bitumen, solvent and belong to environment-friendly products.

It has strong elongation rate and excellent performance of ozone-aging, corrosion-resist and waterproof.

Srong adhesive to the concrete base, XPS board base and metal surface.

It needs only cold operation and is easy to operate in the construction.

C.       Application

It can be widely used in the waterproofing, leaking-prevent and dampproof project of civil and industry buildings, underground spaces, as well as the the projects of metallurgy, and irrigation works.

 E.       Brief Introduction of waterproof coat construction

1.      The base should be firm, compacted, dry, without any looseness.

2.      The waterproof coat is mixed by two components with the weight comparation rate 1:3(group A to group B).  Put group A to the container and then add group B to mix. Apply the coat when it is fully and averagely mixed. Each batch should be used in 40 minutes and unused group A should be stored .

3.      Corners and other details and additional layer shoud be done first, then coat on the base.

4.      coat more times in the upstand and corners, no flowing and piling occurring.

5.      The best construction temperature is 5-30.

6.      Materials should be stored in cool, well-ventilated and dry warehouses. The storage period of Group A is 8 months; the storage period of Goup B is 1 year. They still can be used if they are checked eligible even the period is expired.
