Changshu Sanheng Building Material Co., Ltd. is a medium-sized stock-holding enterprise based on the former State-run Changshu Fiber Glass Reinforced Plastics Factory and Changshu Building Waterproof Material Factory. Our company has started cooperation with scientific research institutes since early 1980s in developing new type high polymer water-proof materials and now our company has formed various types of Water Sable brand series new type building waterproof materials which could meet the demands of different building projects.

Our company has two internationally advanced extrusion continuous vulcanized ethylene-propylene terpolymer rubber (EPDM) waterproof sheet production lines with an annual production capacity of 4 million square meters. We also have one nonvulcanized enhanced chlorinated polyethylene-rubber (CPE) waterproof sheet production line with an annual production of 2 million square meters, one SBS modified bitumen waterproof sheet production line with an annual production capacity of 4 million square meters, one plastic waterproof sheet production line with an annual production capacity of 3 million square meters and one polyurethane water-proof coating material production line with an annual production of 3 thousand tons as well as a plastic waterproof sheet production line with an annual production capacity of 3 million square meters.

Since 1985, Water Sable series products have been widely used in domestic and overseas key projects with a total quantity over 30 million square meters. We have won the trust of clients for excellent waterproof function of our products. The production and sales amount of our Water Sable series products has been the leading one in the domestic market for years. Furthermore, our subsidiary Waterproof Engineering Company is responsible for the after-service and willing to offer the supervision of waterproof construction and construction technology for our clients.
